ClickUp Activation during LA Tech Week Closing Party

A high-impact LA Tech Week activation that blended data, brand visibility, and targeted engagement.

OVERVIEW

For LA Tech Week, hosted by Andreessen Horowitz, we partnered with ClickUp to deliver a high-impact brand activation during a 1,200-person event at Nightingale by SBE. Our team managed the RSVP flow through our proprietary software, providing ClickUp with a robust attendee dataset—including LinkedIn profiles, Instagram handles, and verified contact information.

On-site, we executed comprehensive brand visibility through ClickUp-themed cocktails, branded coasters and napkins, a large-format banner with logo and QR code placement, and a fully customized photo booth experience. ClickUp’s team also had the option to staff the booth, enabling direct engagement and product walk-throughs with guests. The partnership included fifteen VIP tickets and premium table placement.

To support outreach, we invited high-value decision makers across leading companies in Los Angeles, San Diego, and broader California. We collaborated closely with ClickUp to ensure aligned messaging and a cohesive sponsor narrative across all communications.

Post-event, we delivered a full attendee insights report along with a creatively directed recap video. We aligned the narrative to ClickUp’s preferred style, including a script direction inspired by: “Remember how hard it was to organize events before ClickUp.” Our team outlined the exact shot list and structure to ensure brand consistency. ClickUp’s CEO expressed high satisfaction with the quality of the audience and the visibility the activation generated.
